Twelve:01 came to life in the Fall of 1988 at Trenton State College (now The College of New Jersey).  Known for wild live shows the band conquered colleges & venues alike all throughout the Northeastern United States.  While opening for The Feelies at the infamous "City Gardens" in Trenton, NJ, Twelve:01 was noticed by Steve Fallon (Coyote Records, Maxwell's) & soon released a "7 single on Bob Mould & Steve Fallon's "S.O.L. Records".    Over 20 years & 4 full length cd's later the band caries on with the occasional tour but plays frequently close to home which is the Southern Jersey Shore.
The therapy that is writing & performing original music continues to be the best antidote for taking on the real world on a daily basis.  With full time guitarist Ed Dobbs wailing through the descriptive anthems & James Washington pattering through the pallet of rhythms, Twelve:01 stays the course & continues to generate songs for the generations.
Twelve:01 also treats their fans to an occasional reunion of original members; Greg Young, Steve Souder, & Eric "Puppetboy" Hughes along with other alumni like; Dan Gilliam, Marc Capalbo, Bill "Hack" Miler, Drew Catanese, Brian Eppert, Joe Holzmer, Mike Rogers, Pete Downey, Bob Carbonara, Patrick O'Leary, Curt Lange, Mike Huetz, Mike DeLia, etc.
